Brock Lesnar Willing To Fight Jon Jones "Anytime, Anywhere"

Brock Lesnar Willing To Fight Jon Jones

At the UFC 214 pre-fight press conference Dana White reiterated that this was the first time he and Jones had spoken. Even they have reached the point where they're running out of words. "I want to be part of something like that". The one big fight the organization has pushed hard to put together has been met by universal criticism, and more and more marquee talents are in no hurry to step back into the cage unless the money is right.

Hopefully, this was their last time.

Meanwhile, Jones is preparing for his rematch with Daniel Cormier in the main event of UFC 214 this weekend. Cormier is everything Jones is not.

As far as Lesnar is concerned, he is now contracted to the WWE until at least WrestleMania 34, meaning any potential bout with Jones will have to wait quite some time.

Probably a good idea after only one fight in the last two-and-a-half years. Four months after beating Cormier, he was arrested for leaving the scene of a hit-and-run accident that injured a pregnant woman in Albuquerque. He eventually was stripped (again) of his interim title and suspended for a year.

No matter what, there will always be a contingency of people, whether small or large, who believe Jones cheated the sport of mixed martial arts. The former Olympic wrestler from Oklahoma State was unbeaten as a heavyweight before going down to light heavyweight as a nod to his gym teammate, Cain Velasquez, who was heavyweight champ, and then Cormier cleaned up at 205 pounds, as well. The first incident occurred in 2012 when Jones was charged with a DUI after crashing his Bentley on May 19. He's set to defend his title in about a month at SummerSlam. A series of run-ins with the law in New Mexico led to the UFC suspending Jones and stripping him of the title in April 2015. A rematch with Cormier was to headline UFC 200 in July 2016. "Would I fight Jon Jones?".

Transgender veteran feels like 'political pawn' after Trump's military ban
The reality star responded to a tweet Trump had posted in 2016 promising the LGBT community he would fight for them. The Trump tweets began shortly before 9 a.m., sandwiched between tweets in which he criticized Sen.

But it was "DC" who seemed to take more control when they fought one another at UFC 192.

He admits being pulled for UFC 200 "sent me backwards". He's one of the few to have succeeded, though, in arguing that his positive PED test stemmed from a legal product that merely contained banned substances without being properly labeled.

The highlight was when Jones said Cormier looks like a crackhead.

"I do, 100%", Cormier said. Jones responded, "It would be a massive draw, really big for the sport".

Jones has only himself to blame for that.
