Xbox One S Minecraft Limited Edition Console Price and Release Date Announced

Microsoft has brought forth news about its upcoming hardware device, better known as Xbox One X, and its special Project Scorpio edition. Today, the pre-order campaign has begun and is now available at many global retailers.

If you happen to have missed the whole show you can catch it by visiting Xbox's YouTube channel.

But the big news, of course, is that we can now preorder the first Xbox One X. The Project Scorpio limited edition also includes a verticle stand. And finally there's the limited edition controller which will also have the words "Project Scorpio Edition" in green lettering, in case you ever forget.

The other side of the unit dons a classic and iconic grass and dirt design that transforms the already unique looking Xbox One S console into a Minecraft machine. These launch in Europe on September 12th 2017, and are available now to pre-order.

IOS 11 allows you to disable touch id in hostile situations
By default, the iOS 11 feature will also bring up a new window alerting users that the Touch ID sensor has been disabled. iOS 11 will be able to disable the Touch ID sensor temporarily when users make an emergency call on their iPhone.

The company is also using its platform at the Gamecom conference in Cologne, Germany to debut a limited edition version of the One X, in line with the Xbox One's Day One edition.

Middle-earth and Minecraft Xbox One S bundles coming this year. Reason being, Microsoft's Xbox website states it "will be launching in all markets except China and Brazil, on October 3, 2017".

Once you've registered as a Microsoft developer, a representative will be in contact with you to let you know when you've been given access to the Xbox One Development forum for Unity. In the box is a creeper themed controller, but there is an optional pig theme controller for purchase separately. There's no telling how long the console will stay in stock, so act fast if you want to snag one. This continues Paradox' console push after the release of Cities Skylines for Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
