Blac Chyna Sues Kardashians, Says They Canceled 'Rob & Chyna'

The filing goes even further, looking to place blame squarely on the shoulders of the Kardashian family. After a very messy social media attack by Rob on Chyna in July, a judge granted her a temporary restraining order.

The seven-episode first season of Rob & Chyna suffered from "anemic ratings" and was described by critics as "painfully dull" and 'astoundingly depressing'.

Reality TV star Rob Kardashian and ex-fiancée Blac Chyna's legal war keeps getting uglier. She also pinned the nude photo scandal as another reason why her show with Kris Jenner's only son was axed. She is seeking for payment for unspecified damages.

Reads the complaint, "Rob Kardashian is an abuser intent on destroying Angela White, the mother of his baby, who left him in 2016. In revenge, the Kardashian-Jenner family became media predators, slut-shaming her on social media and killing her hit television show, which had already begun filming a second season", the documents state.

The complaint also alleged Chyna's relationship and decision to have a baby with Rob was "nothing short of an outright fraud to shake down the Kardashian family", branding her as a stripper that has "created a reputation as a money-hungry, shameless pseudo-celebrity".

White House slams decision to block travel ban
Federal judges in Hawaii and Maryland blocked it in rulings Tuesday and Wednesday, just before it was due to take effect. The latest ban was announced last month as cases challenging the previous version awaited action at the Supreme Court.

Meanwhile a source close to the Kardashians told PEOPLE that Blac's lawsuit "didn't come as a surprise" to the family, although they do find it "annoying".

Chyna allegedly asked one of the strippers to go home with them and partied with her "all night long" while the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star looked after Dream and King Cairo, her five-year-old son with former partner Tyga. However, there is no such silence now, as Chyna is actively suing all of the Kardashians for "sabotaging" the second season of Rob and Chyna. Chyna claimed she would sue him for revenge porn and get a "seven figure settlement" though the public has yet to hear of any developments in the case as Chyna's remained relatively quiet.

The 29-year-old mother of two accused Kardashian of "assault, battery, distribution of private materials, domestic violence, harassment, intrusion into private affairs, false light, disclosure of private facts, defamation, interference with contractual relations and interference with perspective economic relations".

"They made a decision to start a war by trashing her online repeatedly, so it's on... and we are going to vigorously fight for Chyna in this case".
