Michael Emenalo quits Chelsea in major blow to Roman Abramovich

"I have enjoyed working with him very much, we celebrated a Premier League title together in May, and I wish him the very best for the future".

The Italian has constantly had to bat away questions over how long he plans to remain at Stamford Bridge, and those queries will only intensify with Emenalo leaving west London. He has previously fallen out with Diego Costa and Nemanja Matic, who both left the club.

Chelsea said Emenalo had "contributed to a period of unprecedented success for the first team and academy".

'David Luiz has to work with the others if he deserves to play, otherwise he will stay on the bench or in the stands'.

According to a report on the Telegraph, Emenalo quit after declining not to engage in a three-way power battle with current Chelsea manager Antonio Conte and Marina Granovskaia who are known not to see eye to eye.

Bush made during the last 2016, when he said he fears that he will be the last GOP president. "How can George W. Bush has openly criticized President Donald Trump , calling him a "blowhard" in a new book , CNN reported .

Conte's future beyond this season is by no means secure but the manager himself is not thought to be a reason for the Nigerian's departure.

Emanalo, who has been at Chelsea for ten years, has chose to leave as his relationship with Chelsea boss Antonio Conte and Chelsea director Marina Granovskaia has broken down, with player recruitment seemingly the key issue.

He worked in the scouting and coaching departments before being promoted to his current role in 2011, taking over responsibility for Chelsea's player recruitment and youth department.

However, he has often been seen by some as at fault for transfer flops and the increasing amount of young players sent away on loan.
