Robert Mueller has proof to charge Micheal Flynn

Just one week after Special Counsel Robert Mueller announced charges against three former Donald Trump aides in connection with an investigation into alleged collusion with Russian Federation, the investigative team has enough evidence for criminal charges against the president's former national security adviser, Michael Flynn.

Citing multiple sources familiar with the investigation, NBC said that Mueller's team was looking at possible charges of money laundering and lying to federal agents, and Michael Flynn's role in a possible plan to remove an opponent of the Turkish president from the USA in exchange for millions of dollars.

Mueller's team is also examining whether Flynn attempted to orchestrate the removal of a chief rival of Turkish President Recep Erdogan from the U.S.to Turkey in exchange for millions of dollars, two officials said. The younger Flynn's lawyer, Barry Coburn, declined to comment.

Mueller's investigation, which is being carried out on behalf of the US Department of Justice, has already indicted three members of Trump's campaign team. If he is charged, the former National Security Adviser would be the first person who held an administration post to face prosecution.

Deaths Reported in a Mass Shooting at a Texas Church
A witness at the scene told KENS , a local CBS affiliate, that a 2-year-old was among the victims shot. Wilson County Sheriff Joe Tackitt told The Wilson County News that the shooter has been killed.

Other media sources are jumping on the report to say it's a sign Mueller "is closing in on the White House". Illinois Rep. Raja Krishnamoorthi wrote in a tweet published shortly after the news broke Sunday. The inquiries are said to relate to his lobbying work and will investigate whether he laundered money or lied to the Federal Bureau of Investigation about his work.

Mr Manafort and his business partner, Rick Gates, were charged with 12 offences, including money laundering and conspiracy against the US.

Sekulow said he is prepared to take the issue directly to Mueller or to Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, who appointed Mueller because Attorney General Jeff Sessions has recused himself from all Russia-related matters because he worked on the Trump campaign. It was also unveiled that George Papadopoulos, a former Trump foreign policy adviser, pleaded guilty over the summer to lying to federal prosecutors.

Flynn's stint as Trump's national security was short lived. It remained unclear Sunday if Mueller had plans to pursue charges against Flynn or his son.
