Ashok Kumar has also said that he was drugged so that the policemen could get a confession from him without his consent.

Ashok told his wife that he was beaten, hung upside down and told that he has to confess the accusation, and if he does, no harm will come to him.

Kumar reached home late on Tuesday after being released from Haryana's Bhondsi Jail on Wednesday.

On 8 September, Class II student Pradyuman Thakur was found with his throat slit in a bathroom of Ryan International School.

"Villagers are with us and they all want us to demand justice for Ashok and action against the irresponsible police officials", he said.

She also said, Ashok said her that a madam ordered him to carry on the body (Pradyuman's body) in the auto and that he just helped. "The police said him it's a small case and they will cover it accordingly", Ashok's sister-in-law.

The CBI was asked to submit the status report in the court after arguments by all parties on November 20, and the judge had reserved the decision for Tuesday.

Kumar, who was arrested by the Gurgaon SIT, has not got a clean chit from the CBI.

He was arrested by the Gurugram police, which claimed that he had tried to sexually assault the seven-year-old Pradyuman Thakur in the school washroom but killed him with a knife when he resisted.

On 23 September, the CBI took custody of the bus conductor, who as per the Haryana Police had killed the child after a failed bid to sodomise the victim.

Verma had filed the bail application for Kumar after the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) arrested a 16-year-old school student of Ryan International on charges of killing his junior.
