Meghan Markle ups the fashion ante in latest royal visit

The wedding guests are expected to gather at the St. George's Hall of the Windsor Castle where they will be joined by the newlyweds after their carriage procession. She's also not the first royal female to wear the iconic pattern in Scotland.

The trip to Scotland is the fourth public appearance Ms Markle and Harry have made together and follows successful visits to Nottingham, Brixton in south London and Cardiff in the months that followed their engagement announcement in November.

"My prediction is that Meghan is going to be our new Diana".

This is Meghan's fifth official engagement with Harry and her Veronica Beard flares make it the fourth time she's worn pants, even donning jeans for her first official visit to Wales in January.

Meghan Markle appears to be ditching her American pronunciation - specifically when it comes to baked treats like scones. A wee touch of Meghan adds a bit of sparkle.

Harry gave Cruachan IV an affectionate pat while Meghan kept a slightly more cautious distance away. Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip's nuptials offered a moment of hopeful joy in the somber aftermath of World War II. In order to get everything ready for such a big occasion, the Royal Family is hard at work in preparation and Prince Harry has officially taken another step toward the big day by choosing his best man. Unsurprisingly but sweetly, he has chosen his brother Prince William.

Afterwards, they visited a charity sandwich shop run by the social enterprise Social Bite, which provides employment and support for homeless people in Scotland.

The Holyroodhouse visit was the first time Meghan has been in a palace on an official job.

In the afternoon, Harry and his fiancee met representatives from organisations involved in Scotland's Year of Young People at Holyrood Palace.

And the reception provided an opportunity for them to discuss their aspirations for the year and the activities that they have been involved in so far.
