Trump in All-Caps Tweet: 'New FBI Texts Are Bombshells'

Did former president Barack Obama mislead the American people when he stated, in the heat of the Clinton email scandal, that he does not involve himself in pending investigations "conducted by the Justice Department, or the FBI ... in any case"?

The texts were released in a Senate report by Sen.

Below are some of the extracts from the report.

Fox News claims this text "raises questions about Obama's personal involvement in the Clinton email investigation". "Sending team up tomorrow to review. this will never end", Strzok told Page on September 28, 2016. It had no proof that the FBI is biased against Trump, no proof of abuse of surveillance powers by the FBI, and no proof that the investigation into the Trump campaign's ties to Russian Federation is fundamentally flawed. Tomorrow is fine.' Strzok responded: '[S] ure.

Jordan was also incensed that Strzok characterized Republicans as "hillbillies".

McCabe was mentioned in one of the most controversial texts Strzok sent to Page.

Obama once declared: "I do not talk to FBI directors about pending investigations".

Strzok was among the agents who made changes to the draft of the exoneration statement Comey delivered in July 2016.

The report doesn't make final conclusions on whether bias or political interference influenced the outcome of the case, but says its findings show the need for further investigation.

They frequently texted each other news stories about Russian election meddling, denigrated Trump associate Roger Stone and, in one profanity-laced message, Strzok cursed out the "cheating (expletive) Russians". "Less than worthless", Strzok replied.

The bombing dealt Egypt's vital tourism sector a hard blow after Russian Federation suspended flights to and from Egypt. The finding marks the first discovery to be announced in 2018, Ahram Online , an Egyptian news organization, reports.

"Throughout the primary and general elections, Strzok and Page repeatedly demonstrated hostility to then-candidate Trump and Republicans in general".

"POTUS" has become a widely used acronym for president of the United States.

According to Fox News, the newly revealed Strzok-Page texts also have the FBI officials bashing the "ignorant [hillbillies]" who voted against then-FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe's wife in her 2015 bid for a Virginia Senate seat.

Who are Peter Strzok and Lisa Page?

Strzok was a member of special counsel Robert Mueller's team of investigators, but was removed over the summer when anti-Trump texts he'd exchanged with Page - an Federal Bureau of Investigation lawyer with whom he was having an affair - came to Mueller's attention.

President Trump, an avid viewer of Fox News, got the message. He was reassigned to the FBI's human resources division at that time. Page has been described as a trial lawyer with vast experience in money laundering and organized crime cases.

The text messages, 384 pages in all, span from August 16, 2015, through July 23, 2017.

Page and Strzok did seem to contemplate the interplay of their work with politics and its broader impact. "Good for her for running, but curious if she's energized or never again".

The texts also show a puzzling gap in the timing between the discovery of emails on Anthony Weiner's laptop and Comey's infamous letter to Congress about the investigation right before the election.
