Raquelle recently shared snaps of a whirlwind vacation with the singer, amid news that her ex-boyfriend Justin Bieber proposed to new girlfriend Hailey Baldwin. Or, as Cosmopolitan purports, is she sneakily suggesting that Bieber and Baldwin's relationship won't be strong enough to survive?

The same friend went on to say: "They just do what they want to do without handlers or other random interference".

She's known to keep her inner circle close, especially after the shocking news that former flame Justin Bieber became engaged to Hailey Baldwin last weekend.

Shortly after, Baldwin was spotted wearing her giant engagement ring, which she has since had resized in NY. Source said Hailey purchased a diamond encrusted ring with the initials, "JB", for Justin to wear.

The mega-watt pair came in alone, without a security detail, and managers say they shopped like any normal couple while taking pictures with anyone who asked. As everyone knows, Bieber's breakout hit in 2010 was titled 'Baby'.

The 21-year-old model took to Insta to post a fire bikini selfie sans engagement ring then deleted it shortly after, but not before fans were able to screenshot it and post it to Twitter for our archives. "So committed to spending my life getting to know every single part of you loving you patiently and kindly", Bieber wrote on Instagram as part of a longer declaration of love. "No words could ever express my gratitude".
