Here's Your First Look at Ruby Rose as Batwoman

Here's Your First Look at Ruby Rose as Batwoman

In a tease of the upcoming Arrowverse crossover event, "Elseworlds", DC and the CW have released the first look at Batwoman, played by actress Ruby Rose. The three-night event will begin with The Flash on Sunday, December 9, continue to Arrow on December 10 and conclude on Supergirl on December 11. In the photo, Rose is showing off fiery red hair, a black and red catsuit, and, of course, Batwoman's signature mask.

"First look", Rose captioned the post, adding bat and heart emojis. Yes, that means The Flash and Supergirl are switching nights.

"Growing up watching TV, I never saw somebody that I identified with, let alone a superhero", Rose told Jimmy Fallon during an appearance on The Tonight Show back in August, adding her casting is a "game changer". Superman will also appear in the crossover, with Tyler Hoechlin reprising the role from Supergirl, and Grimm star Elizabeth Tulloch will portray Lois Lane in the character's Arrowverse debut.

Microsoft's Windows 10 October 2018 update is out now
Tip: use NVSlimmer to install only the Nvidia driver components that you require or use a manual method to do this instead. Of course you can use Ctrl+V in the same way, but Windows+V displays a new panel, powered by Windows Timeline .

As we reported last month, the crossover's title, "Elseworlds", is a nod to a set of classic DC titles that tend to happen outside of the main storyline (like Gotham by Gaslight or Kingdom Come).

The character of Batwoman is, despite the closeness of the names, not Batgirl as most Batman-franchise fans know her. "Speaking to The Hollywood Reporter, Berlanti said: "[Ruby] is terrific in the role, and we're excited for people to see the story". Just in case you were really unsure this was Batwoman in Gotham City.
