Royal baby could share birthday with the Queen

Prince Harry and his wife, the Duchess of Sussex, are expecting their first child in the spring, Kensington Palace said Monday.

The couple were also shown wallabies and quokkas (in their enclosures), where they were spotted leaning onto the zoo's low fences to admire them and watched as they were being fed.

Presented with the cuddly kangaroo, Meghan said: "Our first baby gift!" while Prince Harry described the boots as "awesome".

Hundreds of well-wishers gathered with umbrellas outside the airport and Admiralty House in the hope of catching a glimpse of Harry and Meghan.

Kensington palace said they did not expect any changes to the trip schedule, although Meghan is not expected to join Harry in scaling the Sydney Harbour Bridge to mark the start of the Invictus Games later in the week.

Meghan arrived with Prince Harry at St George's Chapel in the grounds of Windsor Castle; keeping a very low profile last week, and wearing a navy blue dress by Givenchy (which just so happened to be the designer of her wedding dress).

Harry and Meghan will attend the games' opening and closing ceremonies.

"Here's your first gift for the nursery", Cosgrove told the couple during the official welcome at Admiralty House. "Wishing them all the best", May tweeted.

Under the act, a majority of music creators will have a more reliable way of collecting the money that they're due. People like myself who are maybe more at the top of the food chain, it really doesn't affect as much.

Harry and Meghan's sojourn in the southern hemisphere will be more brief but will see the couple retracing parts of the path once trod by his father and mother.

Now the Royal Family has announced on Twitter that the happy couple is expecting!

Emily Bell said they were ecstatic when they found out Meghan was pregnant.

Harry is already a fond uncle to his brother Prince William's three children with Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, and godfather to the offspring of several of his friends.

But Harry was also a great source of entertainment, as he came out with cheeky one-liners throughout the day. The royal baby will become the seventh in line to the British crown.

On a dreary rainy day in the capital like today, the announcement serves as the ideal dose of feel-good news to help pick up our moods.

Francesca said: "We were both super excited to meet Harry and Meghan, I just can't believe we did".

The couple had a meeting with the Governor-General Sir Peter Cosgrove and his wife Lynn, Lady Cosgrove during their first engagement of the day.
