Tom Hardy brings out Marvel's darker side in new movie 'Venom'

Remarks emerged yesterday in which Hardy suggested that his favourite scenes from the movie were left on the cutting room floor. But even though Hardy's turn as Eddie was enjoyable and his character's relationship with the alien parasite entity Venom was weirdly charming, a few viewers still felt that Hardy was sort of out of place in Venom. More than a few people mentioned that they found Venom unintentionally amusing at moments, but that led to a genuinely "enjoyable" experience at times. So it's hard to decide just how serious Hardy is being.

A few fun Venom-centric moments aside, it has almost nothing to offer. "What I've said in the past is that we wanted to push the violence to the hilt".

But before we get ahead of ourselves, let's see how Venom fares when it hits theaters on October 5th. The movie apparently can't decide whether it wants to fully double down on that or be something else entirely, though, so you're in for a mixed bag either way. "So we didn't want to exclude them from seeing the movie". I am not sure I have had the reactions that could be expected on certain scenes, but the fun is fun, even when it's totally ridiculous right?

Fleischer insists that there is only one big difference between what an R-rated version of "Venom" would have looked like and the released version.

The storm has maximum sustained winds of 50 mph, with tropical-force winds extending about 150 miles from its center. At the moment, there is a tropical storm warning out for a 291 mile stretch on the west coast of Baja California.

"We only ever talked about this movie as being PG-13", Fleisher told Comicbook.com.

The actor is signed on to play Eddie Brock in three Sony films, but Venom's box office performance this weekend will likely go a long way in determining whether he'll have a chance to sing and dance in a sequel.

Apart from his rap song, Ahmed also challenged Jimmy Kimmel to imitate the famous catchphrase.

Some were impressed at just how close to the original comic book concept of Venom the film got. The entire cast seems to know that they are in a superhero movie is quite dark, except for Tom Hardy who seems to replay Jim Carrey in Liar, liar. Ahmed's single is scheduled to be released on October 3.
