Ivanka Trump denies comparisons with Hillary Clinton over private email use

White House adviser Ivanka Trump claimed in an interview with ABC News that was published on Wednesday that she did nothing wrong when she used a personal email address for official government business.

She also spoke to ABC News about the special counsel investigation into whether the Trump campaign colluded with Russian Federation.

"Actually, Frank, I am thinking about standing for parliament here in Canada", Clinton said when asked by Frank McKenna, the former Canadian ambassador to the United States, whether she will run.

Ivanka claimed that Hillary's scandal was accompanied by "a mass deletion" of emails and assured Roberts that all of her emails are still now "on the White House server". "But the fact is that we all have private emails and personal emails to coordinate with our family".

"There is no restriction of using personal email", she added.

Meanwhile, Trump commented that she and her father have a good working relationship, even though they do not agree on all issues, because she is "incredibly candid with him". It has also raised security concerns, particularly over classified or sensitive information and the possibility of hacking.

The Washington Post first reported earlier this month that the president's daughter had used a personal email account to conduct official government business.

President Trump said last week that "Ivanka did some emails" but they "weren't classified like Hillary Clinton, they weren't deleted like Hillary Clinton".

President Donald Trump hung over the 90-minute event, with the Clintons using questions on foreign policy, the 2018 midterms and climate change to slam the President before a receptive audience.

She was emphatic that "everything has been preserved" and stored in the White House system.

"I know the facts as they relate to me and my family, and so I have nothing to be concerned about", she said.

"People who want to see it as the same see it as the same", Trump, the president's eldest daughter and a White House senior adviser, told ABC News. Running towards the border is heartbreaking, ' Ivanka said.

"I don't believe that's what he said", she said.

"Nobody wants to see anyone get hurt", she said, but, said her father is "not talking about innocent asylum seekers" when it comes to use of force.

"Why does Ivanka sound like she smoked a pack or two of cigarettes every day?" one Twitter user asked.

Clinton says she never knowingly emailed classified information.

Asked whether Mueller's probe should be allowed to continue, Ivanka Trump said: "I think it should reach its conclusion".
