Wells Fargo customers report ATM, mobile, online banking outages

As of 9:15 a.m., the bank's website was also unavailable. The bank attributed it to "systems issues" due to a power shutdown at one of their facilities after smoke was detected. The bank's home page was back online.

Wells Fargo saids it apologized for the inconvenience caused by these system issues and that any Wells Fargo fees incurred as a result of these issues will be reversed.

Earlier this month, Wells Fargo released it a business standards report titled "Learning from the past, transforming the future". Many also said their debit cards were not working - and they couldn't access their accounts by phone, either.

Some customers are reporting on social media that they are having issues at ATMS, too. The bank apologized on Friday, February 1 about the system outage. Wells Fargo & Co's quarterly revenue was down 4.9% compared to the same quarter past year.

Some customers reported the problem was restricting access to Wells Fargo's network of ATM's, although one customer told KCBS Radio reporter Matt Bigler he was able to access his account via a Geary Boulevard ATM.
