Warren Becomes First 2020 Candidate to Call for Impeachment Proceedings Against Trump

President Trump has taken to Twitter to troll Mitt Romney, a day after the Republican senator said he was "sickened" and "appalled" by what the Mueller Report revealed about the Commander-in-chief's conduct. The special counsel did not have a pathway to hold Trump accountable for obstruction of justice. He says they also haven't had a chance yet to question Mueller during congressional hearings. One official said former Trump lawyers John Dowd and Ty Cobb encouraged such cooperation in order to complicate Mueller's push for an interview with Trump himself.

In a tweet early Saturday President Trump reminded the public, despite the fact the report should not have been authorized in the first place, the end result was no collusion or obstruction.

Still, he said Mueller's findings would create the background "mood music" when Democrats talk in broad terms about corruption and government accountability. Democrats' fear of a backlash at the polls is no reason to avoid their constitutional responsibility to begin a formal impeachment proceeding against President Trump.

Instead of the "total exoneration" Trump had proclaimed earlier, the report portrayed the President as deceitful and paranoid, encouraging his aides to withhold the truth and cross ethical lines in an attempt to thwart a probe into Russia's interference in USA elections - his "Achilles heel", according to one forthcoming adviser.

In the report released on Thursday, Special Counsel Robert Mueller said Trump may have obstructed justice and portrayed a president bent on stopping the probe into Russian meddling. "It is about what a president of the United States should be able to do and what the role of Congress is in saying, no, a president does not get to come in and stop an investigation about a foreign power that attacked this country".

There will also be strident support for Salah, the reigning Premier League Golden Boot victor and Footballer of the Year. No, because it's the only one we play this weekend.

"As the Speaker has said repeatedly, one step at a time", Ashley Etienne, Pelosi's communications director, told ABC News in response to Warren's comments.

But the committee's top Republican, Rep. Doug Collins of Georgia, said the subpoena was "wildly overbroad" and that Trump already had declined to assert executive privilege over the Mueller report in a move of "unprecedented openness".

"Once I hear the testimony from Mueller, then I'll be able to make a decision", Rep. Gregory Meeks, D-New York, told ABC News.

Barr sent Congress a redacted version of the Mueller report, blacking out several types of material, including classified information, material pertaining to ongoing investigations and grand jury evidence. In every way he is unfit to be president of the United States.
