Elderly man dies after woman pushed him off Las Vegas bus

The father of Bishop's son told police that Bishop was violent, and that he was no longer with her because of it. Fournier, who was holding a foldable shopping cart, landed face-first on the pavement and hit his head, according to the warrant.

On May 14, the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department released surveillance video from the confrontation on the bus between Cadesha Bishop and Serge Fournier.

Las Vegas police responded to the scene, and Fournier refused medical treatment at the time, according to police. "Detectives would like to speak anyone present during this incident on March 21, 2019", they said on Twitter. The man died about a month later and the Clark County coroner ruled his death a homicide resulting from his injuries. Fournier reportedly asked the woman to be nice, CBS affiliate KLAS-TV reported.

Court records show that Bishop was convicted twice, in 2014 and 2015, of misdemeanor domestic battery charges.
