Mayor Khan: Britain Will 'Regret' Trump State Visit

London's attention-hungry leftist mayor, Sadiq Khan, ran his mouth again, calling the president a "growing global threat" and reiterating his Party's contention that Donald Trump is too controversial to visit the United Kingdom. "So I decided not to meet", according to the ITV News broadcaster.

The group also projected a video of Brexit supporter Boris Johnson criticizing Trump onto Big Ben.

"Haven't seen any protests yet, but I'm sure the Fake News will be working hard to find them", Trump wrote on Twitter.

Mr Trump's remarks appeared to fly in the face of assurances by senior ministers including Foreign Secretary Jeremy Hunt and Health Secretary Matt Hancock, who have insisted the NHS would never be opened up to USA providers.

Trump said he was certain the sides could reach an understanding on Chinese telecoms giant Huawei that could avoid disruption in intelligence-sharing between London and Washington.

Their talks were accompanied by noisy protests from thousands of anti-Trump activists. This will be the pair's final meeting, as May is stepping down on June 7, Trump, however, told the prime minister she should "stick around", as he arrived at her residence.

Trump's visit comes as Britain is in the midst of political turmoil, as May is scheduled to resign on Friday after failing to complete Britain's exit from the European Union.

Speaking with BBC News on Tuesday, Khan dismissed the most recent attacks from the president and said his problem was with Trump rather than with the U.S.

Almagro was responding to a Canadian public inquiry report issued Monday that said the problem is so serious it amounts to "genocide".

Only days before she stands down as the Conservatives' leader, the prime minister set out clear positions she hoped may survive her premiership.

"Good meeting with President Trump - he really believes in Brexit and is loving his trip to London", Farage said in a posting.

The pastor of the Virginia church President Donald Trump visited following the mass shooting in Virginia Beach last week explained in a letter to "hurt" members of his congregation why he prayed for the President during the service Sunday, saying he did not intend to support the President or Republicans by doing so. In some ways, her talks with Trump will be purely symbolic since she'll soon hand over her myriad troubles, principally the Brexit matter, to a successor.

"He's a negative force, not a positive force", Trump said.

The heir to the throne Prince Charles and his wife Camilla will attend on behalf of Queen Elizabeth.

Leaders of Britain's main opposition party are due to join demonstrators at a rally in Trafalgar Square, just up the street from May's Downing Street office.

"I think we'll have a very very substantial trade deal, it will be a very fair deal", Trump said.

Every move Donald Trump and his family make on their London trip is getting meme'd. The Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn was expected to address one of the demonstrations.

If that happened - and the current polling says its possible but not assured - then the Trump administration would be dealing with a British leader who is openly hostile.
