Ninety-three-year-old veteran Thomas Cuthbert chatted up Melania Trump during D-Day commemorations, pointing at her and saying if "only I was 20 years younger" when he was meeting the USA first lady and President Donald Trump. But will Donald Trump?

Ruiz seems to know the queen is not out to troll Trump even as she writes that she may well have. The Queen and the entire Royal family have been fantastic.
